Shopping centre Ballonti, Spain

This modern new build mall is located just off junction 127 of A-8 motorway on outskirts of Portugalete. Ballonti has more than 52,600 square meters of leasable space spread over two floors and is considered the most modern shopping center in Bilbao with an exceptional design and the best standards of maintenance and quality.
